I have received my Interim Statement but some details are wrong

After you complete your training Hospitality Courses P/L will enter your details into the Government Licencing System - GLS.

Once details have been entered into the GLS our company is unable to access this system to make any changes.

If there are any details on your interim certificate that are not correct don't stress just go to Service NSW and when you apply for your competency card they will make any adjustments that are required.

Please do not let Service NSW tell you they cannot make adjustments to your interim statement. It is their job to make corrections when you apply for your card. To check this please click here. Please read the below which is a copy what what is listed on the NSW Liquor and Gaming website***.

You can still work with the Interim Statement with the incorrect details.

We do our very best when it comes to data entry but unfortunately we might make the odd mistake. We apoligise for any mistakes we have made.

*** Take your interim certificate with you to a Service NSW Service Centre, as well as 100 points of ID that are all originals. Note that your personal details on your interim certificate must match your ID – any discrepancies can be fixed at Service NSW.
