Have you lost your certificate? Don't panic!
We can arrange a reprint for you.
If you have completed your training prior to 22 August 2011
follow the steps below.
If you completed your training after the 22 August 2011 just call our office
and we can email a copy of your "Interim Statement" to you to arrange your compentency card
Here is our proccess to arrange a reprint -
1.
You complete the the application below.
2. Hospitality Courses
searches the training data and we advise you if you have completed
the course with us or not. If
- NO - you will have to contact the RTO you completed the
course with. If - YES - we go to step 3.
3. Certificate reprints are $40 each - we email you with details on
how to pay.
4. Once you have either - direct deposited - sent us
a Money Order - sent us a cheque we
will reprint your certificate and mail it to you via Australia
Post. If neccessay we can fax
a copy to you prior to the mailout.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not accept any responsibilty for Australia Post actions. We stamp all our
envelopes with "ARTWORK DO NOT BEND". You should receive a card in your
letterbox saying you have an article at the Post Office - it will be your certificate.
