The Fine Print

 

  • Participants must be 16 years or above to gain entry into the RSA & RCG.
  • Please advise at time of booking if you are not 18 years of age.
  • You can make a booking via email – this reserves your spot in the course.
  • You don’t pay until you arrive at the course.
  • Only Cash or Money Order will be accepted on the day.
  • Cheques are accepted but certificates will not be issued until clearance has been made.
  • Email booking will only be accepted if full name and contact numbers are supplied.
  • You will be advised by phone or email if the course is full.
  • You must abide by all venue requirements i.e. dress and behavior standards.
  • You will be refused entry to courses if you are more than 15 minutes late.
  • Participants must abide by the Specialised Solutions Australia participant rules (advised on day of attendance). The trainer has the right to ask you to leave the training session should you not meet the requirements of the course, non-payment or you are disruptive to other participants.
  • You must bring a pen with you.
  • You must provide on the course day adequate identification i.e. Drivers Lic, Proof of age card, photo card, passport etc.
  • Should you attend a course and be unable to complete the courses Specialised Solutions Australia will allow you to re-sit the course one more time without charge.
  • Should you be deemed non competent in the course you have attended we will allow you to re-sit the course one more time without charge.
  • Employment agencies may book clients on invoice. Invoice terms are Net 14 days. A Purchase Order or Authority to Pay must be received via email or fax prior to clients attending the course.

  • All bookings for courses are taken by our booking agency Hospitality Courses P/L. All students attend courses conducted by Specialised Solutions Australia which is fully accredited by Casino Liquor & Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) to conduct RSA and RCG training.
